Can we customize our photography package to fit our specific needs?
Absolutely! We offer customizable packages to accommodate your unique preferences. Discuss your requirements, and they can tailor a package that suits your schedule and budget.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos after the wedding or engagement session?
Editing times vary. You will receive a sneak peek shortly after the event, with the full gallery delivered within 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the workload. Trust me, it worths the wait.
How far in advance should we book a wedding or engagement photographer?
It's advisable to book your photographer at least 6 to 12 months in advance, especially if your wedding date falls during peak seasons, which is the summer time. This allows time for pre-event. Vendors may be working abroad for certain months.
How many hours of coverage do we need for our wedding day?
The ideal coverage depends on your schedule and preferences. Discuss your wedding timeline with your wedding planner or us. We can provide guidance on the number of hours needed to capture all the essential moments.
Do you have a videographer on your team?
Currently, we specialize in photography and do not have an in-house videographer. However, we can recommend trusted videography professionals who share our commitment to quality and style.
We are also happy to work seamlessly alongside a videographer of your preference to ensure comprehensive coverage of your special day.
How many photos will we receive?
The number of photos you receive depends on the length of your wedding and the package you choose. On average, about 80+ photos an hour.
What happens if you are unable to photograph our wedding due to an emergency?
In the unlikely event that I cannot attend your wedding, I have a network of professional photographers I can call upon. Rest assured, you will have a skilled photographer to capture your special day.
Can we request specific shots or have a shot list?
Definitely! I encourage couples to share any specific shots or a shot list they have in mind. While I capture the day as it unfolds, having a list helps ensure that I don't miss any important moments or details that are particularly meaningful to you.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel our wedding?
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Typically, I take bookings well over 12 months in advance and often turn down other inquiries for the same dates. If a cancellation occurs, it's likely that I won't be able to replace your booking with another wedding. Therefore, deposits are non-refundable, but I'm willing to work with you to reschedule your booking if possible. Alternatively, I can issue a credit note that can be used for portrait sessions, family photos, or even gifted to friends. Let's discuss the best solution for your situation.
